KP

Set in one of Pune’s prime commercial districts, KP pairs twin office towers with a layered retail podium — and treats landscape as a working part of the workplace. Planted terraces step through the podium and climb the towers at every few floors, so retail spills onto garden decks and executive floors open to sky courts rather than sealed glass. A bridge links the two crowns, while the podium’s deep, shaded frames temper the western sun — a biophilic, climate-responsive take on the commercial high-rise.
