Kothrud Residence

The Kothrud Residence began with a question familiar to dense Indian neighbourhoods: how a full domestic programme, vehicular parking, and a meaningful presence of landscape might share a single constrained urban plot. The design that follows treats verticality not as ambition but as the resolution of that question — a house organised in section rather than in plan.
